thanks its been 2 days and no fermentation has been happening well it looks like it anyways i might have to repitch my yeast

what your seeing IS fermentation.

Let it sit for another 24 hours, you might have under pitched or picthed to cold.

My fermentor is going crazy now looks like some really happy yeast!

Then like Johnnyhitch1 said, the theory could be under pitching and the yeast was stressed or you pitched too cool and it heated up some and woke up.
