10 gallons of ESB in my new 15 gallon LME barrell. Been about 15 days. Cant say ive seen this before, should it go down the drain? It was a repirch from a 5 gallon batch that turned out awesome. Just looks weird to me.
Never seen anything that looks exactly like that but I'm pretty sure that it's just yeast crud (looks quite a bit like the fallen krausen on the sides of the barrel).
