I have a house that I lived in for a few years and then moved to another state. Tried to sell the house and couldn't get a decent offer with it on the market for almost 2 years. So, I rented it out for a few years. Tenants moved out this week and I saw it for the first time in years about five minutes before a real estate agent met me there to talk about listing it for sale again. Agent and I both agreed that it was in pretty good shape overall. She suggested some updates, but thinks it will sell for much more than I was asking a few years ago. I think it's because of the one bedroom.
