Good day, Brewers. New member with a fixation on pear cider. A wine expert is a 'sommellier,' an apple cider expert is called a 'pommellier,' and a pear cider expert would theoretically be called a 'pirumellier,' but if you google this, it does not appear to exist. This is a pity, because I can't get enough of my Pearsecco, and if no one else will take the job, I guess I'll have to. I've been briefed on the basics, but welcome any tips and tricks from anyone who knows anything about the subject. Looking forward to brewing with you all.
