Pineapple wheat

Well I brewed a mini about 3 weeks ago and bottled it Saturday, 4 days into the fermentation I put a pineapple in a juicer and add the juice, about 14oz.

Well I had to take a peek yesterday and low and behold everything has dropped and the beer was crystal clear. Tasted one and had a slight head but was good for being young.

Was it the pineapple that cleared it so quick because I never had one of my wheats clear like this????

Has the wheat flavor with kinda like a light lemon after taste. I think it will be good for the hot weather. (I just say that to the wife gives me another excuse)

oooh i am gonna have to try this one. on my second batch of blueberry wheat. trying to perfect it.
