Well I brewed a mini about 3 weeks ago and bottled it Saturday, 4 days into the fermentation I put a pineapple in a juicer and add the juice, about 14oz.
Well I had to take a peek yesterday and low and behold everything has dropped and the beer was crystal clear. Tasted one and had a slight head but was good for being young.
Was it the pineapple that cleared it so quick because I never had one of my wheats clear like this????
