Gas connection on pin lock leaks, if I position the connection just right it stops, but if it gets bumped it'll leak co2... Using a new o ring kit and brand new connector.... Any suggestions? Maybe find a thicker o ring for a tighter connection?

This is a common problem that occurs when folks use ball lock O-rings on pin lock posts, and rocking the gas QD is a good way to check for it. Pin lock posts do require a thicker O-ring, so your posit is spot on. With the correct size O-ring in place the QD wouldn't move so easily and it wouldn't leak when so provoked...

Cheers!

Grabbed thicker o rings from the hardware store... Drinking ice cold beer...
Thanks

Hey, I got the same problem! Just cracked my first keg tonight and both liquid and gas leak. I just used the standard replacement set cuz it didn't say it was for one or the other. So what size worked for you? Or did you just eyeball it?

I used #10... 1/2" ID 11/16" OD 3/32" Thickness

Thanks gumpbrew orings worked perfect. I got my new flare fittings in the mail today and had a great trouble free beer out of my kegerator. Ahhh beer! :mug:

I use:
BEER side: 10mm (ID) X 16mm (OD) X 3mm (Diameter) Silicone
GAS side: 12mm (ID) X 18mm (OD) X 3mm (Diameter) Silicone

You can buy small quantities here:
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B008MKXQ9M/?tag=skimlinks_replacement-20 (10 pcs. for $3.49 - 10mm (ID) X 16mm (OD) X 3mm (Diameter) Silicone
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B008ASY3Y8/?tag=skimlinks_replacement-20 (10 pcs. for $3.47 - 12mm (ID) X 18mm (OD) X 3mm (Diameter) Silicone

Larger quantities can be purchased at http://www.oringsandmore.com/. They also carry 11mm x 17m x 3mm in silicone and BUNA, which may be the best solution, but I have not tried it.

You can read a more complete review of my attempts to find the right o-ring here (pics, too):
