All I can say is this beer profiles Simcoe hops perfectly! It came in a sampler 12 pack as the brewers choice, what a great surprise! I have looked to much into it yet but it is definitely a great example of an APA! It is pretty light color probably a simple 2 row base with crystal 20 and lots of beautiful simcoe hops! I'll definitely be working on a clone for this one!
