Anybody ever used fresh peach juice in a wheat beer?
Would be interested in exactly how to do it. Figure I would have to add the juice to the primary as if I added it to the boil would probably develop a pectin haze. Also am not sure how much fermentable sugar would be in the juice. Tested them with a refractometer and they look to be around brix 9
