I'm up in the air about which stout to make. Its between Charlie's Barrel full of Monkeys Wheat Oatmeal Stout, or his Dusty Mud Irish Stout. Both are all grain recipes. Has anyone made these and if so had did they come out? I would really like a smooth roasty stout to sip on during the upcoming Christmas break.
