Hello,

I am trying to put together a recipe for a hoppy pale ale, this being my first attempt I was hoping to get some critiques.

Batch Size: 6.00 gal
Yeast: Nottingham
Estimated OG: 1.060
Estimated FG: 1.015
Estimated Color: 5.7 SRM
Estimated IBU: 42.8 IBUs
Boil Time: 60 Minutes

10lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US
2 lbs Vienna Malt
1 lbs White Wheat Malt
12.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 20L

FWH - .33oz Zeus (17.5)
15min - .5oz Amarillo (8.1%)
5min - .33oz Citra (15.1%)
5min - .25oz Galaxy (13.3%)
60min Steep .5oz Amarillo (7-11%)
60min Steep .33oz Galaxy (13.3%)

Dry hop .75oz of Amarillo and .75oz of Galaxy

Mash 152 for 60mins.

Ferment at 65 for 3 weeks dry hoping the last 7 days.

So what do you guys think? Is the Citra out of place? What temp would you steep at?
