I have just started prying into a NB Caribou Slobber (w/ some hop modifications) that I bottled just over a month ago. I will pour and get a nice, creamy, off white/lightly tan head. The problem is it never really recedes and just replenishes with bubbly foam not that same texture of head from the first pour. Being fairly new to this I was wondering if this is a symptom of an overcarbing or what is going on. Maybe I'm just over reacting? who knows! Anybody have any ideas?
Thanks!
