First shot at a Flanders brown ale in the same vein as Russian River Supplication. Hope it hits close to the mark.

Target OG: 1.068
Target FG: 1.005
IBU: 13 - 15
ABV 7.0%

62% Pilsner
15% Munich
8% Unmalted wheat

3.0 AAU Hallertau Hersbrucker (4% AA @ 60 minutes)

Single infusion mash at 154F. Mash out at 168F.
Boil for 90 minutes, adding bittering hops as indicated.
Chill and pitch yeast + bugs to 65F wort, allowing temperature to rise to 70-75F after 72 hours.
After 3 months, add 2 oz French oak cubes soaked in Pinot noir.
After 6 months, rack onto 5 lb tart cherries.
Age an additional 6 months, or until desired.
Cold crash, prime and bottle with champagne yeast.

Looks good.

I'd consider mashing higher, maybe 156F or 158F.

You'll probably want to age longer, especially with a first pitch os anything like roselare.

Keep your IBU around 10.
