2011 COHO Spring Fling

• Entries will consist of two 12-16oz bottles with BJCP bottle ID form ruberbanded to the entry accompanied by BJCP Entry Form. All bottle caps must be blank or otherwise blackedout and no "swing-top" bottles
• Entry fees are $6 per entry, with a limit of two entries per BJCP subcategory.

The Brew Shop 2524 ne Division st Bend Or May 27th deadline
F.H.Steinbarts 234 se 12th st Portland Or May 21st deadline
Homebrew Heaven 1292 12th st Salem Or May 21st deadline
Corvallis Brewing Supply 119 sw 4th st Corvallis Or May 21st deadline
Valley Vinter 30 e 13th ave Eugene Or May 21st deadline
• The deadline for entries is Friday May 27th in Bend/Saturday May 21 for all other locations
• Hand carried entries from judges will be accepted up to the start of the event
• Entries will be judged according to 2008 BJCP guidelines
Awards will be given for Best of Show, Best of Show runner up, Best of show second runner up, Highest Scoring entry, Highest scoring First time Entry as well as placement for individual categories, First time entrants please note so on your entry.
• Judge registration will begin around 9am first round of judging at 10:30am
• Judges can also pre-register by contacting Aaron at [email protected]
• A reception featuring beer from local breweries will begin as awards are given out after the best of show judging around 4:30. The reception is open to COHO members and their guests, all judges as well as all entrants

I need to get brewing. I've been bottling pretty exclusively in 22's, and the 12's have all been samplers to see how the batch is progressing.
