orange/lemon peel usage

maybe a dumb question. got an extract kit as a wedding gift. was a wheat beer. i actually used all the ingredients for different beers.

i still have a spice pack of orange peel and lemon peel.

are there any other uses for these ingredients besides a wheat beer. i feel like ive heard of orange peel in holiday beers before

I've used Sweet Orange Peel in Blondes and Pales and Lemon Peel in Pales and IPAs. As long as you pair them with the right hops, you can use them in nearly anything.
