obviously apple juice is commonly used as a base fermentable in cider. Cherries and raspberries and other fruits appear in various recipes.
But I don't recall seeing orange juice or other citrus as the primary fermentable. It seems like it would be chock full of simple sugars - would it be possible to make an orange-cider type of concoction, or maybe graff with 20% of so of barley wort?
