I have twins that are due this fall! I wanted to make a celebratory batch of beer and give it away to family and friends. I am planning on boiling 10 gallons of wort and turning them into two completely different beers. The base beer is based of one of my favorite clones.

Any opinions or tips would be appreciated!

Main Wort

11 Finished Gallons
Est OG 1.072
Est Color 4.2 SRM
Est IBU 27.3
Efficiency 75%

Pale Malt 77.6%
Flaked Corn 20%
White Wheat 2.4%
Magnum .3 oz @ 70 Min
Simcoe .3 oz @ 55 Min
Amarillo 5 oz @ 5 min

First Five Gallons
Add into fermenter with American Farmhouse Yeast
Ferment at 68 then let it rise to room temprature
Once main fermentation is complete add to secondary with tequila soaked oaked chips and more brett

Second Five Gallons
Cold Steep Special B, Castle Abbey in 5 qt of brewing water
Add cold steep liquid to wort
Ferment with wlp500 at 68, rise to 72 after 3 days
Add 1 lb of Simplicity D180 during fermentation
Add 1 lb of Arizona Honey
Add 1 lb of Dark Brown Sugar
Once fermentation is complete add to secondary with whiskey infused naked chips and cherries

Appreciate any feedback, Cheers!

Two very interesting brews..no worthwhile opinion here....Go for it.

I just did a 10 gal batch yesterday...Split into two brews.. One had late addition and will be dry hopped..not much of a variation compared to your endeavor.
