Hi all! So I brewed my Oktoberfest last week. I use an ink bird temp controller in a refrigerator. It has worked great for a long time. This time however, I noticed no action in the airlock and no change in the SG after several days. My temp controller was set at 50...but interestingly enough it read 53.7 for a few days. Curious...I manually checked the wort temperature and it was at 34!!!! Guess the ink bird flew the coop.

Anyway...I raised the temp to 50...and still no action. I originally pitched 2 reconstituted packets of S-23. I was thinking of pitching 2 more. I am so concerned that the wort has been sitting for almost a week and I will get an infection...

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance!
