Started a batch of apple pear wine Was full of flavor three days ago and now hardly any flavor how do I get the flavor back in the wine

Wait. That's what you have to do. Be patient.

Let the yeast settle out and age a bit.

Yep. You can't really judge the taste of the wine that early. Especially when fermentation hasn't finished. 3 days into ferment it probably tasted like a weak, carbonated liquid kind of resembling what you started with before pitching your yeast, right? That's normal. Let it finish up and then age will work it's magic. The hardest part about this hobby is the waiting game :mug:
