Hey, I am not 100% sure this is the right place, but heck. It is not a big deal. Anyway. This Spring (Now) I plan on making more wine at one time then I have in my whole life.

10 cans (11.5 oz) Welch's 100% frozen grape concentrate
6-1/4 lbs granulated sugar
10 tsp acid blend
1 tsp yeast nutrient
water to make 5 gallon
wine yeast

-5 Gallons of Rhubarb Wine
15 lbs. rhubarb (stalk only)
2 1/2 lb. of light raisins (chopped)
35 pts. water
11 1/4 lbs. sugar
1 tsp. yeast nutrient
1 pkg. wine yeast (champagne) I used Montrachet

-5 Gallons of ApfelWein
5 Gallons 100% Apple Juice (No preservatives or additives) I use Tree Top Apple Juice
2 pounds of dextrose (corn sugar) in one pound bags
1 five gram packet of Montrachet Wine Yeast

-5 Gallons of Ancient Orange Mead (Modified)
17 1/2 lbs Clover or your choice honey or blend (will finish sweet)

Any suggestions on more wines, or ingredients I will take into consideration. Please not if you give me a recipe I would prefer it transferred to the amount it would take to fill 5 Gallon pails.

April 23rd 2010:
Started this Journal. Begun collecting Dandelions.
P.S I will be back later, looking for more Dandelions.

I feel for you.. I have been collecting and freezing dandelions for a bit now.. I MIGHT have enough for 2 gallons. fingers are sore as heck.

Ive had some really good rhubarb wine, but not sure how you actually make it, one guy i talked to said he freezes the rhubarb. Just make sure you throw the nutrient in 1/3 of the way through fermentation.
