Is there a way to get the abv lower to around 5.3 instead 5.8 after fermenting has started?

2.gal @ 170^ 10 min 2nd
2gal @ 170^ 10 min 3rd
6.7 gal boil 90 min
OG 1.060 @ 66^

Assuming you ended up with a 5 gallon batch, you can add 3 quarts of water to the fermenter and you'd get 1.052 for an OG.

Thanks Yooper....5.5 gallon batch. I did a 1 quart starter so that's 1 and will add as much water to the 6.5 gal fermenter as I can.
Yooper do you know Becky Nix/Peterson in Sandy, if you do tell her dad says hi?

Yooper is spot on. I saw the volume looked low-ish as to my process. I generally end up with extra wort from the second runnings which get used in future yeast starters.
