Thanks Poindexter! I know that people learn in different ways, so I tried to explain it multiple ways. I am still learning about all this, but I have a decent background in chemistry (was a a biochemistry major in college), so I am trying to wrap my brain around it. I haven't even done AG yet! I will recommend Designing Great Beers by Ray Daniels, because of what I have read so far he is very good at explaining it all!
