Now that the holidays are over, the chaos is settling, and the parties are in the past, it's time for me to work to replenish my ciders.

I had a request that I am unsure how to go about making, which is to do a peach/apple hard cider. I am curious if I were to add some of the peach puree from the brew store to secondary, would that end up overpowering the apple tones? Would it be better to toss it in during primary? The end goal is something similar to a peach iced tea in terms of peach punch.

I’ve added frozen peach slices many times to both primary and secondary. I like the result. Not much peach flavor but it adds something. Not sweetness but a different mouth feel perhaps.
