Not.sure if it is krausen or just a wierd infection. It is a thin layer and sticky. When i made this beer i had issues one putting 140 degree wort on top of tje yeast. Gravity jas came down to 1.018. Started at 1.048

It is a tangerine wheat beer.
 
The only fruit was tangerine peels that came in a one ounce packet. No pectin used at all
