I brewed my first batch last night. I sanitized everything except the glass I started the yeast in. I put RO water in the glass then the yeast, covered it and let it start for like an hour. Then I just poured it into the wort. The glass was clean right out of the cabinet but not sanitized. The yeast started and the airlock is bubbling. Should I be concerned with infection?

I agree, you are probably fine. I've done much worse with no infection. Also just for basic knowledge, it seems like you just rehydrated dry yeast. To make an actual starter, you need to add that yeast to some DME and let it sit over night.
