I was bottled a 5 gal Belgian Blonde today and I am pretty sure I didn't added enough priming sugar. It was my first 5 gal batch and I used just a little more sugar than I had been doing for my 2 gal batches. I used 2oz and pretty sure I needed 4-5 oz. Any suggestions on what to do to fix this or just wait a few weeks and see what happens. I have thought about putting it all back in my bottling bucket with 3 more oz of sugar and then re bottle or put it in a keg in a few week.

Cheers!

No don't put it all back on the bottling bucket. How long ago did you bottle? You can buy carbonation tablets and put a few in each bottle.

2oclock this afternoon. Just hoping I can fix it some how since it has great flavor uncarbed and color.
