Just wanted to say hi to everyone!! Ive been lurking around on the website for a couple of months now, reading, studying, and trying to absorb as much as I can!

Im just finishing up my second batch, a modified version of BierMunchers Belgian Wit! It was my first all grain and other than a low efficiency, 62%, everything went perfect, it tastes great already, and Im really excited to start sharing it with some friends and family as soon as I get it carbonated!

I guess thats it for now!

Cheers!!

Welcome. :mug:

Better start on your third batch, because that second batch is gonna go fast.

Thanks guys!

My samples already taste sooo good even without the carbonation!

Going to brew a big stout next and let it sit till the winter, should by nice and ready by then!
