I am trying to figure out my water so I can make the right water adjustments with confidence. (normally I just throw in a TBS of mash stabilizer and cross my fingers. I have figured out most of it but I'm still missing a few things. I am hoping that someone with more knowledge than myself can figure out the missing numbers with the info I have gathered.

Calcium hardness: 50-60ppm
Magnesium hardness: 40 ppm
Noncarbonate hardness: 30-50ppm (I am not sure what noncarbonate hardness is)
Bicarbonate hardness: UNKNOWN
Sulfates: 21.9
Sodium: 8.7
Chloride: UNKNOWN
Total Hardness: 302.5 mEg/l

Any help with this is much appreciated .

non-carbonate hardness is permanent hardness, the cations which are bound to non-carbonate anions (eg sulfate and chloride).
