Non Alcoholic Beer?

To make non alcoholic beer would I make a normal batch then freeze it and drain the liquid alcohol portion? Do I make a batch of wort and keep it like that? Or is there another way to do this i have always wondered about this.

I've been considering it....With my experience lately I think I'm not the only beer geek on the planet who is temporarily waylaid from drinking alcohol. I'd kill for a great stout, or IPA right now...

Idk if you mean like a single person but in my area OH theres a non-alc beer called Odouls but I never heard of craft beers that would be cool

Not funny.....I haven't had a beer for 6 weeks and prolly won't be able to have one for another 6, let's see if you think it's funny if you have to have open heart surgery and can't drink the thing you're most passionate about......
