I racked my beer to the secondary yesterday and there is no fermentation taking place. I would say the air stop bubbles once every 5 minutes. Is this a bad thing or should I just assume its fine and wait 2 weeks to bottle.

It fermented strong for the first 3-4 days.

Call it a clearing tank and all of the problems go away. I don't know why so many homebrewers call the clearing tank a secondary fermenter, but they do. If you are making wine, it would be a secondary, but for beer all of the fermentation should be done before racking.

Secondary "fermentation" is a misnomer; the beer has done 99% of its fermenation before racking to secondary. It's really a time for clearing and aging, not additional fermenation. So, assuming your beer had fermented out properly in the primary, sounds like you're good to go. Give it the two weeks and bottle!
