I've tried the vast majority of their beers and Oatis is by far my favorite. Before I was even halfway done with my glass I ran back to the store for a couple more bottles. Good stuff.

A great bunch of guys who not only make good beer, but understand how to market it. It's amazing how much beer they are cranking out of that little warehouse.

They do make some great beers. I really like the Sleigh-R, Double Red and their ESB. Mmmmm

Thanks to Secret Santa (tm), I have my first Ninkasi chilling now. Can't wait to try it. This brewery has a larger than life reputation, like Hair of the Dog or 3Floyds.

Ninkasi will fill a Corney for $50.......I had 5 gals of Total Dom at my wedding.

I've had the tricerahops and the total domination. Both yummy. They can be fairly easily found in the Seattle area. I've even seen them in 7 Elevens. I have never tried the Oatis though. I'm gonna have to put that my list

thataintchicken - I'd say there's a 99% chance Nikasi will be down your way for the SF Beer week, maybe even the Bistro's IIPA fest.
