I've brewed for years, this is the first batch I'm kegging. I have a beer in primary that has fermented out. Do I still go to secondary and then to keg or can I just go right to keg? I know I can search this answer out, but you guys are so quick here and I'm ready to go to bed. Thanks! :mug:

I like to rack straight into a corny keg. It's marvelously simple.

If you want, you can cut about an inch off your dip tube end. That way, you will siphon beer above the sediment.

Just don't disturb your kegs, once they are in the fridge, and your beer will be clear and tasty :)

Cheers!

I tend to still rack to my secondary for two reasons...
1. you're going to get a clearer beer
2. I only have one keg but most of my beers still need some kind of secondary conditioning. If I had a second keg I may reconsider.
