Greetings fellow brewers, I’m Herm. Some of you will recognize me from Brewer’s Friend (BF). I always come across posts from this site (HBT) when searching out info related to brewing at home. I decided to join here when guided here by another member from BF who said I should check out Yooper’s recipe for Oatmeal Stout. So here I am, sipping a homebrew.

Thanks all for the welcome. Last night I bottled a Belgian Pale Ale, and baked a sourdough loaf including some flour ground from spent beer grains. Cheers!
