I am very new to homebrewing, as a matter of fact I am getting my kit today. I am residing in Front Royal, VA. I am here to learn and network with homebrewers and share what I have learned.

Where is Front Royal in relation to Hampton/Newport News? I've never heard of it!

Front Royal is in northwest va up 81 under winchester

You're probably closer to PFunky and the other Maryland brewers than you are to the most/all of the VA brewers on here.

Welcome! I think 'jags' is from Purcellville which is pretty close. I used to live just down I-81 in Staunton.

My fiance lives in Purceville. Thats about 45 min to an hour from here. It does seem that most VA brewers live in souther VA and Williamsburg. trinitone, what brought you to philly?

My apologies for the delay in responding. Work took me back down to VA for the past couple o' days. SWMBO recently started medical school here, hence the move. It's been a few years since I was down in Staunton having lived in DC and NOVA just prior to coming to Philly.
