New to the world of brewing beer

Hello,

I just started my first batch of Chocolate Milk Stout and am in the 4th day of fermentation. I started with a one gallon kit just to get my feet wet. I am not totally new to brewing/fermenting as I had dabbled with wine making many years ago. However, I was looking for something simpler and quicker to enjoy the fruits of my labor.
