Hi all this is grnrab. Just starting out on my journey with fermentables with two batches ( one cider and one ginger beer under my belt so far haven't tasted the ginger yet!). Looks like a great resource and many many active users out there. Strating out simple and hope to progress into some dark beers using either dry or liquid malt extracts. Found you through the typical google questions posed and responses referecing this site.
