Will granny smiths apple add tart taste to cider

or would it be good for using wild apples in cider for tart

I would like some help I would greatly pleased

thank you:mug:

A large majority of the population here use store bought juice both clear and pulpy(cloudy american "cider") Primarily, I believe, like me they don't necessarily have access to a local fresh press orchard and don't have the time or energy to press their own.

That being said, you can always add malic acid (Natural acid in apples- your LHBS should have it) for tartness to your taste.
