Hi all. I have a few batches under my belt and after winding up on HBT daily looking for answers to my questions I thought I might as well join the forum community.
I decided to jump right into all-grain. First batch was a 1 gallon batch in a wine jug, then went to the store got a 3 gallon carboy and did a 2.5 gallon batch, and repeat for my most recent batch, this time with a 5 gallon carboy. Needless to say I am hooked. I really enjoy the science and tinkering involved with home brewing. And of course the beer to drink!
