Have brewed up 3 batches of hefeweizen so far...and have a dunkel fermenting.
Really wish I would of gotten in to this soon. Wife and I are having a blast.

Guess I owe a big thanks to the local liquor stores...for constantly increasing the prices on Franziskaner. Was complaining to a guy I work with and he was like "Why don't you just brew your own?".
So...we looked in to it...and are hooked!
 
I'm a big fan of the Bavarian style wheats.
With the exception of the 1 dunkel, I've been sticking with the hefeweizen...trying to get a stockpile built up. Which has been hard...the 1st batch went in a weekend :D
I started with 1...now we're on 2...fermenters. My plan is to use 1 to keep the stock up and 1 to experiment with new stuff.
I'm a novice...but if you have any suggestions one something to try...I'd be up for giving it a shot!
