I'm peepfoot. I'm new to brewing. I finished my first "Brew Day" on Saturday, and teh yeast kicked in about 12 hours later. I think everything is going to be just fine. RDWHAHB.
I am making a continental pilsner. I plan on transferring this to the secondary once I have a steady gravity for 3 days straight, then putting another batch in the primary.
I bought the kit, so the ingredients were the basic kit ingredients for the continental pilsner. OH YEAH! I support my LHBS!
I live in the south suburbs of Chicago IL.
