Hello everyone.. I am living in North Carolina.. a teacher, and a taxidermist.. whom has reconnected with my old love of brewing. About 20 years ago I got a kit and brewed for a few years. I never understood anything at all.. just bought ingredients and followed recipes. After a few years I stopped. About a year ago I started again.. only this time I really got into it.. kegging, not bottling, and reading up and trying to understand everything about the hobby and beer in general. I am gonna get into all grain brewing once I have the money. I am still learning a LOT and have a lot of questions. Glad to be here and hope to meet people in my area near Raleigh for beer talk and brewing....
