Hello all! I’ve been home brewing whenever I can (not often enough) for about a year/year and a half. I’ve had some great successes and even better learning experiences. “You CAN NOT compress a liquid.” It just. Doesn’t. Work. lol I’m mostly interested in mead and it’s variants, but I love to learn about all fermentation so I’m glad to be here!

It was lol. I assumed my first successful mead was done and put it in a sealed carboy. RIP raspberry lemon blossom melomel (and carboy). You were loved.
