New from Oklahoma City

Hello everyone! I am a brand new brewer and Ultra Marathon runner from Oklahoma City! I brewed my first, True Brew Red Ale, a week ago! Thank god i found you guys and didnt follow the directions they gave. I know now not to bottle after 1 week in the fermenter like it said. Instead it will be sitting for a few more weeks!

Wow another person from Oklahoma. I'm a new brewer from okc as well. And yeah I wish I came on to this site before my first batch of beer. I followed the try brew direction and only fermented for a week. It really wasn't very good at all. But I'm on my second batch and will probably not touch it until about 4 weeks.
