I've been stalking for a bit. I finally decided to sign up. Right now I'm brewing just from concentrates like Coopers. I've been happy with the results so far. I'm thinking about trying to do grain kits and see how that works. I have a chest freezer that I'm keeping kegs in now. I hated bottling. I haven't done anything with it. Just two kegs with picnic taps sitting inside.
