I have been lurking for years. I decided to join and post a new cider recipe I am trying. I am about 80 miles East of Dallas. After moving 5 years ago to my current location from North Dallas, I decided to break out the equipment and start by Apple Cider again. I have 3 Gallon in the Bottle, 3 Gallons of Cyser started and about 3 gallons of a new recipe I put together. Great thing is I have a neighbor that has 10 bee hives next door.
