Skip the arrageenan (Irish Moss), all haze is good haze in this beer.

Anyone tried this from DIY dog yet?
Are rolled oats different than flaked oats.
Just can't seem to find cheaper ones in the supermarket than my LHBS

Does the grain bill seem way too light for the expected OG. ??

Any tips before I try this

Yep, something is wrong with the grain bill. Asuming you can get 90% efficiency your OG will only be 1.061.

Just keep the ratios the same and adjust for your efficiency.

Flaked/rolled oats essentially the same. Pre-gelatinized, so no cereal mash needed.

I think they are assuming a 100% efficiency in that recipe.

There are quite a few errors in DIY dog. To be expected when its for free, even properly edited books have recipe errors some times.
