New brewer in the wings

Late 30's guy who enjoys making beer as much as drinking them. I run an all grain system from SABCO but did not get the computer. I plan on completing my own design sometime.... Too many hobbies and not enough time. I have a some brewing years behind me, working up for extract to an all grain system that I built myself, and finally onto my flag ship Brew Magic for the past few years. I enjoy beers the push the norms a bit and would love to do this full time after I retire from the military.

Mash around 152, looking for sweet malty amber ale

3oz Cezch Saaz (3.1aa @ 60 min)
1oz German Hallertauer (3.9aa @ 60 min)
2 oz German Tettnang (4.6aa @ 10 min)
