Good day all! Been a lurker on this board for a while, never quite got around to introducing myself. I started home brewing with a Mr. Beer kit a while back, got the bug bad.
Now I'm playing with a new kit called CraftABrew, which uses actual malted grains & hops & malt extracts; I have a gallon of pale ale setting up now, one week away from either success or abject failure.
I also put up a gallon each of hard cider and sweet tea; those will both be ready in about 4 weeks. Hoping they all come out tasty!
I have a bunch of questions to pose to the more knowledgeable members of this forum, but first and foremost, I obtained a 15.5 gallon Miller keg recently, and I'm wondering if I can repurpose that to brew a large batch of homebrew, and if so, what would I need to make it happen?
Thanks, and cheers!
