hi guys thinking of making a brew with agave extract. has anyone tried this yet?

hey, i havent tried it before, but i recently noticed a bottle of organic agave extract at a store near me too, and the first thing that came to mind was "some sort of tequila like beer" heh, i can imagine its totally fermentable, i'd love to hear how it worked out!

Do some searching around for pulque. Wikipedia rocks

I think pulque is the base for tequila (in the same way that unhopped beer is the base for whiskey)
