I have the same one, but the spigot has not worked for me. Not sure if it because I don't put the hops in a bag and they clog it up, or if there is something in the spigot that is broken.

That type of valve is prone to getting plugged up with even minor amounts of debris. I would swap it out for a 1/2" ball valve.

That is my plan. I figured I was going to have to change it out.
