A few weeks ago my old corona style grain mill decided it was over worked and under paid. I was just starting to grind away for a 10-gallon batch of a delicious APA when all of a sudden the shaft for the grind plate torqued off rendering the grinder useless. So I did the logical thing - drank too many homebrews and ordered a Barley Crusher.
Fast forward 2-3 weeks, BC shows up and I'm ready to get back to that APA. Wow was I impressed...it took less than 1/2 the time of the old grinder, and was so much quieter and cleaner! Definitely worth the money in my opinion. Now I just have to wait to see how the final product turns out...10 gallons bubbling away in the basement!
